Wondering which type of magnesium is best for you?
This is incredibly worrying. They're going to take our rights away to make choices to heal naturally. With more and of us turning way from big Pharma and turning to nature, this move shows how much they hate the fact that so many are going the alternative natural route to health. Healthy people = reduced profit for the Pharmaceutical companies.

One Way In... One Way Out... But So Much More Happens in Between. Maybe the only time you've ever thought about lymph nodes is when you're sick and they feel swollen. This is what's doing on behind the scenes.
Every day, millions of tiny lymphatic vessels throughout your body carry lymph toward specialized filtering stations called lymph nodes.
Here's something fascinating...
Multiple afferent lymphatic vessels deliver lymph into each node from different regions of the body, but in most cases only a single efferent lymphatic vessel carries it away.
Why?
Because the lymph node isn't simply a filterโit's an intelligent processing center.
As lymph slowly moves through the node:
๐ง Some water and small solutes are exchanged with the node's rich blood capillary network.
Bacteria, viruses, and foreign particles are identified and removed.
Proteins, fats (lipids), immune cells, cellular debris, and signaling molecules are carefully evaluated.
Macrophages, dendritic cells, B cells, and T cells work together to determine whether an immune response is needed.
By the time lymph leaves through the single efferent vessel, it has been filtered, monitored, and is slightly more concentrated as it continues its journey toward the next lymph nodeโor eventually back to the bloodstream.
And here's something even more remarkable...
This process usually doesn't happen just once. In many areas of the body, lymph passes through multiple lymph nodes, with each one providing another opportunity for immune surveillance and regulation before the lymph returns to the circulation.
The lymphatic system isn't just a drainage system.
It is one of the body's most sophisticated communication and defense networks working quietly every moment of every day to protect you.
Understanding the journey of lymph helps us better appreciate the incredible design of the human body.

Iodine is one of the most underestimated elements in the human body โ and yet, it is essential for the health of every cell. Most people only associate iodine with the thyroid gland, but its influence goes far beyond hormones. It fuels metabolism, supports detoxification, sharpens mental clarity, and even protects against environmental toxins, radiation, and infections. In short: no healing terrain is complete without it.
But hereโs the truth many werenโt told: modern life depletes iodine faster than we can replenish it. And without enough of this trace mineral, our metabolic engine, hormonal symphony, and cellular defense all begin to falter.
While iodineโs most famous role is supporting the thyroid gland in making thyroid hormones (T3 and T4), its functions extend far beyond:
โข Thyroid Hormones โ Iodine is the key raw material for creating thyroxine (T4) and triiodothyronine (T3), which regulate temperature, metabolism, growth, and development.
โข Hormone Regulation โ Iodine also balances estrogen and protects breast, prostate, and ovarian tissues.
โข Detoxification โ It binds to and displaces halogens (like fluoride, bromide, chlorine) that disrupt the endocrine system.
โข Immune Defense โ Iodine is a broad-spectrum antimicrobial that can neutralize bacteria, viruses, fungi, and even parasites.
โข Neuroprotection โ It supports brain development in utero and mental clarity throughout life.
โข Cancer Prevention โ Adequate iodine may protect against breast, prostate, thyroid, and ovarian cancers by promoting proper cell differentiation and apoptosis (programmed cell death).
Iodine is not just a โthyroid nutrientโ โ it is a universal protector.

Many signs of iodine deficiency are misdiagnosed or dismissed, especially in women. They include:
โข Cold hands and feet
โข Weight gain or difficulty losing weight
โข Fatigue and low energy
โข Brain fog or memory issues
โข Hormonal imbalance, especially estrogen dominance
โข Irregular or painful periods
โข Fibrocystic breasts
โข Dry skin and hair loss
โข Low libido
โข Depression or anxiety
โข Slow wound healing
โข Recurrent infections
โข Developmental delays or autism spectrum concerns (in pregnancy or early life)
Deficiency is extremely commonโnot because the Earth lacks iodine, but because modern life interferes with its absorption and storage.
Modern terrain is hostile to iodine. Here are the main disruptors:
โข Halogen competition โ Fluoride (in water), bromide (in bread, sodas, mattresses), and chlorine (in pools, tap water) displace iodine from its receptors.
โข Soil depletion โ Commercial agriculture has drained iodine from the soil, making plant-based sources less reliable.
โข Goitrogens โ Raw cruciferous vegetables, soy, and other foods can inhibit iodine uptake when eaten in excess or in people already deficient.
โข Toxic burden โ A congested liver, sluggish bile, and overloaded lymph slow down iodine transport and utilization.
โข Stress + mineral imbalances โ Low selenium, magnesium, potassium, and iron can impair iodineโs role in hormone synthesis.
In other words: iodine deficiency isnโt always a lack of intake โ itโs often a terrain dysfunction.
If you suspect low iodine, itโs tempting to jump into high-dose iodine drops. But terrain-based healing always starts with nourishment, flow, and synergy. Hereโs how to do it right:
๐ฅฌ ๐. ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ซ๐ข๐ฌ๐ก ๐ฐ๐ข๐ญ๐ก ๐๐จ๐๐ข๐ง๐-๐๐ข๐๐ก ๐
๐จ๐จ๐๐ฌ
Start gently by incorporating whole food sources:
โข Seaweed (kelp, dulse, nori, wakame)
โข Wild-caught cod, shrimp, and sardines
โข Eggs and raw dairy (if tolerated)
โข Cranberries, strawberries, navy beans, potatoes
โข Iodized sea salt or Himalayan salt (use wisely)
These provide bioavailable iodine with co-nutrients like tyrosine, selenium, and zinc.
Before high-dose iodine, test if you need it and make sure:
โข Selenium is adequate (200โ400 mcg/day) to protect against thyroid flare
โข Magnesium + potassium are stable for mitochondrial and cell membrane function
โข Drainage is open โ bowels, bile, lymph, and kidneys are flowing
โข Adrenals are supported โ low iodine + high stress can trigger adrenal burnout
โข Fluoride, bromide, and chlorine exposure is minimized (use filters, avoid soda, choose safe bedding)
Terrain repair increases iodine absorption and prevents detox side effects.
Some people need more than food to restore iodine. In these cases:
โข Lugolโs iodine or Nascent iodine โ Drops absorbed under the tongue or in water (Lugolโs contains both iodine and iodide in a stable solution, while Nascent iodine is a single atomic form claimed to be more bioavailable for some sensitive individuals)
โข Iodoral โ A tablet blend of potassium iodide and iodine
โข Start low โ Often 1โ2 drops of Lugolโs 2% or 12.5 mg of Iodoral, gradually increasing
โข Pulse or cycle dosing โ Some do better taking iodine every other day or 5 days on/2 off
โข Always pair with selenium โ To prevent Hashimotoโs flare or oxidation
โข Watch for detox โ Fatigue, headaches, acne, emotional release can indicate halogen dumping
Youโre not just supplementing โ youโre opening a biological gate.
Add dulse flakes or seaweed to your meals for natural iodine
โข Use a fluoride-free filter and skip sodas with bromide (like Mountain Dew)
โข Take 200 mcg selenium daily to support thyroid and detox pathways
โข Start with 1 drop Lugolโs 2% iodine in water twice a week โ go slow
โข Support with magnesium, vitamin C, and a pinch of sea salt in your water
One of iodineโs most powerful effects is its ability to restore hormone balance by:
โข Supporting the thyroid to speed up sluggish metabolism
โข Binding excess estrogens and clearing them through bile
โข Protecting breast and ovarian tissue from cysts or growths
โข Supporting mental clarity, focus, and ovulatory rhythm
Itโs especially important for:
โข Women with estrogen dominance, PCOS, fibroids, or endometriosis
โข Anyone with hypothyroid symptoms, even with โnormal labsโ
โข People detoxing from mold, fluoride, heavy metals, or radiation
โข Children or adults with neurodevelopmental concerns
The brain is rich in iodine receptors. Deficiency in utero or early childhood is one of the leading causes of developmental delay and intellectual disability worldwide. But even in adults, iodine helps:
โข Protect against neuroinflammation
โข Improve mental clarity and memory
โข Support mood stability and lower anxiety
โข Enhance dopamine regulation
In short: a foggy brain may be a low-iodine brain.
Iodine plays a critical role in defending the body against radiation, especially in the thyroid.
Radioactive iodine from nuclear disasters, CT scans, or even excessive EMFs can be absorbed by the thyroid โ unless healthy iodine reserves are already present to block the damage.
This is why iodine is stocked in emergencies: it literally guards your DNA.
If you're tired, cold, hormonally imbalanced, foggy, or just not healing... consider iodine.
Itโs not just about boosting metabolism โ itโs about restoring one of the most vital rhythms of human health. When supported wisely and paired with mineral synergy and drainage, iodine can transform your entire terrain from sluggish to a vibrant one.

The one muscle that stores your stress, your fear, your tensionโฆ and your memories ๐ค๐
If youโve ever opened your hips in yoga or stretched deeply and suddenly felt emotional, shaky, or overwhelmed โ you didnโt imagine it.
You touched your psoas, the deepest muscle in your core and one of the most sensitive parts of your entire nervous system.
This muscle is not just a hip flexor
Itโs a fight or flight responder
---
Why this muscle holds so much tension.
When you feel stress, fear, shock, or pressure, your brain triggers a protective reflex:
curl in, guard the organs, get ready to run.
That reflex contracts the psoas every single time.
In modern life:
โข stress piles up
โข we sit for long hours
โข the body never gets to run, shake, or release the tension
So the psoas stays tight, shortened, and tired.
A tense psoas can contribute to:
โข lower back discomfort
โข tight hips
โข shallow breathing
โข restlessness
โข increased stress response
โข difficulty relaxing
Not because it โstores traumaโ in a mystical way, but because it is deeply wired into the nervous system pathway responsible for safety, alertness, and survival.
---
The gentle release that works (no forcing, no deep stretching)
The psoas doesnโt like aggressive stretching.
It releases when the nervous system feels safe.
Try this simple, evidence-supported position:
Constructive Rest Pose
1. Lie on your back
2. Knees bent, feet flat on the floor
3. Let your knees fall inward so they rest against each other
4. Hands on your lower belly
5. Stay for 10โ15 minutes
This position allows:
โข the pelvis to settle
โข the spine to decompress
โข the psoas to soften naturally
You may feel warmth, tingling, or gentle shakes โ all normal signs of relaxation.
---
Why this works
Your psoas sits beside:
โข the diaphragm (breathing)
โข the lumbar spine (stability)
โข major nerves
โข blood vessels
So when it relaxes, you breathe deeper, your nervous system calms, and the whole body feels safer.
---
The truth in one sentence;
Your psoas is not a storage locker for emotions โ itโs the messenger between your stress and your body
When it finally relaxes, the whole system exhales.
Save this, try it tonight, and see what shifts.

Most acid reflux is not caused by too much acid, but by dysfunction of the lower esophageal sphincter (LES) and poor digestion.
Here are real root causes:
โข Low stomach acid and incomplete digestion
โข Helicobacter pylori infection
โข Food sensitivities (especially gluten, dairy, sugar)
โข Hiatal hernia
โข Poor bile flow and enzyme production
โข Stress, shallow breathing, nervous system dysregulation
โข Fungal and bacterial overgrowth creating pressure
โข Eating too fast, overeating, late-night meals
โข Sluggish vagus nerve tone
The LES depends on nervous system tone, diaphragm function, and stomach pressure โ all of which suffer when digestion is weak.

โข Reduce PPI dosage gradually over 4โ6+ weeks (even longer if you've been on PPIs long-term).
โข Rebound hyperacidity is real โ a sharp return of excess acid when PPIs are stopped suddenly.
โข Support the stomach lining during this transition with:
โข DGL (deglycyrrhizinated licorice) โ coats and soothes tissue
โข Aloe vera juice (inner filet) โ anti-inflammatory and cooling
โข Marshmallow root tea โ mucilage-rich for gut protection
โข Use melatonin (3โ5mg at night) which improves LES tone
Melatonin also supports mucosal integrity, immunity, and gut lining repair.

โข Low stomach acid, not high, is the root of most reflux. Acid is essential to:
โข Digest proteins
โข Kill pathogens
โข Trigger pancreatic enzyme and bile release
โข Start with digestive bitters (gentian, dandelion, artichoke) 15 min before meals
โข Consider:
โข Raw apple cider vinegar in water before meals (if tolerated)
โข HCl with pepsin supplements (start low, go slow, only with meals and under guidance)
โข Support bile and enzyme flow with:
โข Ox bile, taurine, artichoke extract, lipase, or pancreatic enzymes
โณ๏ธ Bile is your bodyโs internal cleanser โ needed for:
โข Fat digestion
โข Microbial defense
โข Constipation relief
โข Enzymes help break down food before it ferments โ reducing gas, bloating, and reflux from below.
CAUTION: Skip ACV/HCl if you have Ulcers or Barrett's Esophagus. Adding acid to an open wound is painful and counterproductive. Focus on Step 3 (Healing the Mucosa) until your lining is strong enough to handle a lower pH.
This fragile lining gets damaged by acid-blockers, poor diet, NSAIDs, infections, and toxins.
โข Rebuild with:
โข Zinc carnosine โ clinically shown to restore mucosal integrity
โข Slippery elm, l-glutamine, DGL licorice โ soothe, feed, and seal the lining
โข Bone broth, collagen-rich stews, well-cooked squashes, fennel tea, chamomile
A strong mucosal barrier protects against:
โข Food sensitivities
โข Autoimmune activation
โข Pathogen entry
โข L-glutamine is a fuel source for enterocytes (gut lining cells) โ it helps seal tight junctions.
โข PPIs alter the microbiome โ increasing risk of SIBO, Candida, and H. pylori overgrowth.
โข Address imbalances with:
โข Functional testing (GI MAP, SIBO breath test)
โข Antimicrobial herbs: oregano oil, berberine, neem, garlic, mastic gum
โข Binders (activated charcoal, bentonite, fulvic/humic acid) during microbe die-off
โข Spore-based probiotics (e.g. Bacillus subtilis) or soil-based probiotics
Avoid fermented foods or prebiotics until the lining is healed โ otherwise they may worsen bloating.
โข Microbiome restoration supports nutrient absorption, neurotransmitter production, and immune modulation.

โข Digestion begins before you eat โ with sight, smell, and parasympathetic activation.
โข If your nervous system is stuck in fight-or-flight, digestion shuts down.
โข Tools to restore vagal tone:
โข Diaphragmatic breathing, cold exposure, gargling, humming
โข Eating without screens, in a calm setting, chewing 20+ times per bite
โข Somatic therapy or emotional release for stored trauma affecting the gut-brain axis
The vagus nerve controls stomach acid, peristalsis, bile release, and enzyme secretion.
โข Trauma, stress, and inflammation all impair gut function โ no matter how clean your diet is.
PPIs may relieve symptoms, but they also:
โข Block nutrient absorption (B12, iron, magnesium, calcium, zinc)
โข Increase risk of osteoporosis, SIBO, infections, and gastric atrophy
โข Disrupt immune defense in the gut
Healing without PPIs means restoring the entire digestive cascade โ not just silencing the alarm.
Start with bitters before your next meal
โข Drink chamomile or marshmallow tea
โข Sit down, breathe deeply, and chew slowly โ even this small shift can awaken digestion.

Detox is a vital part of staying healthy. Far infrared red sauna is the best as it penetrates deeply aiding organ detox and opening detox pathways. However, any form of sweating is hugely beneficial.
But isnโt it wild how you can do sauna sessions every weekโฆ
yet still deal with low energy, breakouts and bloating?
Itโs not the sauna.
Itโs the way youโre using it.
Your body can only detox properly when you follow the right order.
Hereโs the exact step by step sauna protocol that finally makes sweating work for you instead of against you.
STEP 1: Pre Sauna Hydration
If you go into the sauna even slightly dehydrated, you wonโt detox properly.
Your body literally cannot move waste when the cells are dry.
Drink this 45 minutes before:
โข 500ml spring or distilled water
โข Half a lemon squeezed in
โข A pinch of sea salt
โข 250ml coconut water for potassium
โข 200mg magnesium glycinate
This hydrates your cells, supports your adrenals and stops dizziness, nausea or headaches later.
STEP 2: Take Binders Before You Sweat
When you heat up, toxins leave your tissues and go into the bloodstream.
Your liver dumps them into the gut.
Binders catch them so they actually leave your body.
Take this 20 to 30 minutes before:
โข 1 tsp activated charcoal
โข 1 tsp bentonite clay
โข 1 tsp zeolite powder
โข Mix with 300 to 400ml water
Use zeolite powder, not nano liquid.
Powder stays in the gut and grabs toxins properly.
If you use liquid nano zeolite, save that for AFTER the sauna. It works in the bloodstream, not the gut.
STEP 3: Move Your Body Before The Heat
Your lymph is your drainage system.
It has no pump.
If you sit still all day then jump in a sauna, detox is weak.
Before you get in, do:
โข 3 to 5 minutes of light bouncing
โข Deep nasal breathing
โข A quick stretch to open your ribs and chest
This gets lymph moving and primes your body to release waste.
STEP 4: Use The Right Temperature
Too low and nothing happens.
Too high and you fry your nervous system.
Hereโs the safe and effective range:
โข Infrared: 55 to 65ยฐC
โข Finnish or steam: 75 to 90ยฐC
New? Start lower.
You want a steady sweat, not suffering.
STEP 5: The Actual Sauna Session
This is all you need:
โข 10 to 15 minutes inside
โข Slow nasal breathing
โข If you feel your heart rate spike, step out for 1 minute then return
โข Total time: 15 to 25 minutes
You should feel warm and clear.
Not panicked. Not faint. Not shattered.
STEP 6: Shower Off The Sweat
Your sweat contains heavy metals, plastics, ammonia and chemicals.
Leaving it on your skin means reabsorption.
After the sauna:
โข Take a lukewarm shower
โข Rinse your whole body
โข Avoid harsh soaps
โข Use gentle exfoliation if your skin allows it
Get the toxins off your skin fast.
STEP 7: Replenish Minerals (The Most Important Part)
Sweating drains your sodium, potassium, magnesium and zinc.
If you skip this part, youโll feel wiped out.
Drink this within 20 minutes after:
โข 500ml water
โข 10 to 15 drops of trace minerals
โข A pinch of sea salt
โข Optional: 200 to 400mg magnesium glycinate again
โข Optional: 250ml coconut water if you sweat heavily
If you use liquid nano zeolite, this is when to take it.
It helps mop up toxins released into the bloodstream.
Eat fruit or a balanced meal within an hour to stabilise blood sugar and improve recovery.
STEP 8: Weekly Rhythm
This is where people overdo it.
For most people:
โข 2 to 4 sessions per week
โข Rest days between intense sessions
โข Keep minerals high every day
โข Never sauna completely fasted
Consistency > intensity.
This is how you use the sauna properly:
Hydrate.
Bind.
Move.
Heat.
Rinse.
Replenish.
Do it in this order and youโll notice better sleep, clearer skin, higher energy and way less inflammation within a few weeks.
