Today’s huddle word of the day was chosen by our lovely Mexican señorita, Claudia. 🇲🇽

Her word was Energy.

Claudia believes that every day we should show up with the right energy for our clients because the energy we give is often the energy we receive in return.

It really made us think.

As hairdressers, people don’t just come to us for a haircut or colour. They come to us to feel listened to, understood and cared for. They bring their worries, their celebrations, their stories and sometimes even their tears.

If we show up feeling positive, present and genuinely happy to see them, we can completely change someone’s day. That energy creates trust, lifts the atmosphere in the salon and makes every appointment a better experience—for the client and for us.

It was such a powerful reminder that the energy we bring into the salon every morning is a choice.

And today, thanks to Claudia, we all learned a new Spanish word…
