I’ve now got very limited availability left for September. As a lot of you know I’ve had to reduce my working hours to fit around school runs, so I’m naturally finding it harder to get everyone booked in 🥺 especially those who work 9-5 as I’m also away/unable to work a couple of Saturdays which has made availability even tighter.
I’m really sorry to anyone who hasn’t been able to get in on their usual appointment pattern. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding while I adjust to new routine. I really do appreciate it 🫶

If you’re struggling with childcare over the holidays please don’t worry about bringing your little one along to your appointment if you think they’ll happily sit while you have your treatment. I know how hard it can be to juggle everything so I’m more than happy for you to bring them along if you’re stuck 💘

My shifts are a little all over the place at the beginning of September as both me and Tino have holidays booked, so days & hours vary slightly. Tino also starts school in September 🥹 so this changes my working hours quite dramatically as I need to be available for school runs. From September onwards, my general working hours will be:

✨ Tuesday–Thursday: 9:30am–2:30pm
✨ Friday: 9:30am–7:00pm
✨ Saturday: 7:00am–5:00pm

Hi gals 🙋‍♀️ please please please remember that lash fills are needed more frequently during the warmer months 🌞

If you choose to book a 3 week fill instead of the recommended 2 week fill and your lashes have reached the point where a full set is required, your appointment will be charged at the full set price as it requires significantly more time and work than an infill.

I’ve recently had quite a few clients booking 3 week fills during these hotter months and arriving with very few or no lashes left. I completely understand wanting to stretch appointments where possible, but I only allow enough time in my diary for the service that’s been booked, so needing a full set unexpectedly can put extra pressure on the rest of the day.

I promise I don’t recommend fortnightly fills to make more money it’s genuinely because your retention is usually affected by the warmer weather, and keeping to a 2 week schedule helps your lashes stay full, fresh and healthy while ensuring I have enough time to give you the best results. When the weather cools off 3 week fills are good to go again but for now I definitely recommend a fortnightly appointment 💘
