Four years ago, I had absolutely no idea what I was building...

I just knew I loved aesthetics, I loved caring for people, and I wanted to create something that was mine.

Over the last four years, TLC has grown in ways I never expected! Not overnight, not without setbacks and definitely not without a lot of late nights, early mornings and juggling two careers😅

Looking back, I’m proud of the qualifications, the clinic, the treatments and all the milestones... but I’m even more proud that I’ve stayed true to why I started.

To give every person who walks through my door honest advice, safe treatments and somewhere they feel comfortable, listened to and cared for.

Four years ago I had no idea where this little business would take me… since then there’s been a kitchen clinic, a travel case, countless courses, clinic upgrades, more mirror selfies than I’d like to admit 😂 and somehow… four different sink colours.

It’s funny because when you’re living it, you don’t realise how much is changing, then you look back and you realise you’ve built something you once only hoped for.

TLC has given me so much more than a business.

It’s given me confidence, friendships, purpose, and the privilege of meeting so many incredible women who have trusted me over the years - some of you have been with me since the very beginning, and that honestly means more than you’ll ever know.

So here’s to four years of learning, growing, changing, making mistakes, celebrating wins and always trying to be better than I was the year before

I know checking your moles probably isn’t something that’s at the top of your to-do list. Most of us only really notice them when they catch our eye… and even then, it’s easy to think, “It’s probably nothing.”

The truth is, most moles are completely harmless. But if one starts to change, spotting it early can make all the difference.

That’s why I wanted to share this ABCDE guide. It’s a really simple way to know what to look out for, so you can feel a little more confident checking your own skin between appointments.

It doesn’t mean every mole is something to worry about, but it does mean you’ll know when it’s worth getting it checked.
