🤍 Update to My Booking Policy 🤍

Hi everyone! I just wanted to let you know about a small change to my booking policy.

As many of you know, my business is my full time job and my livelihood. Unfortunately, last minute cancellations leave appointment times that are often impossible to fill, which has a significant impact on my income.

Because of this, my booking system has now been updated to automatically charge a 100% cancellation fee for appointments cancelled within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

I completely understand that genuine emergencies can happen, and I always appreciate open communication. However, to keep things fair and to protect my business, this policy will now apply to all bookings.
