The face of someone who got ID’d last night at the grand old age of 32 😂😂🙌🏽
I’d love to say it’s all my Skin Self-Care facials… but I can’t lie, Jen | Natural Aesthetics | Skin rejuvenation and that Botox deserve a little shout-out too 🤣
Life’s been a bit chaotic lately. My partner’s been working away for the last 6 weeks, so it’s been me, a feral 2-year-old, and all your gorgeous faces. Safe to say I’ve earned this weekend off with my lovely family and a large vodka 🫣🍷
I’ve actually loved slowing down though. Sticking to my clinic days has given me a better work-life balance, I’ve lost a stone and a half, been looking after myself for once, and actually remembered to do my own skincare instead of just everyone else’s. 🤣
My skin is definitely not perfect - I’ve still got pigmentation and a little hormonal breakout - but that’s exactly why I always say progress over perfection. You can’t pour from an empty cup. 🤍

I’ve been a little quiet on the content front recently - sorry guys! I’ve honestly just been so busy with clients, and August is already looking just as busy. If you’ve been thinking about booking, now’s the time. I already have clients booked right through to October! 🤍
I made the decision to take a small step back from feeling like I had to create content every day and just enjoy being present with my clients instead. It was starting to feel like a full-time job in itself! 😂

From the first clips… to the last. 🥰
The last video is where I started - hormonal acne, pigmentation and skin I had absolutely no confidence in.
My skin still isn’t perfect, and it never will be. I’ll always have larger pores and still get hormonal breakouts, but it’s healthier, brighter and so much clearer than it used to be. That’s what consistency and the right treatments can do.
It’s the reason I created my Skin Transformation Bootcamp, and why so many of my clients are now on their 4th and even 5th Bootcamp. They love their results and keep investing in their skin.
