my current routine (that works for ME):

morning - hydr8 b5 (over damp skin for ultimate absorption), liquid peptides, c tetra (vitamin c should be a staple in everyone’s routine!!), SPF ALWAYS!

evening - usually an oil cleanser followed by my surface radiance cleanse, hydr8 b5 & liquid peptides again, crystal retinal 3 (almost finished this now, time to go on to 6!), then cicalfate🫶🏼
