Our Mindful Mondays are taking a little seasonal break and will return in the autumn.

A huge thank you to everyone who has joined us, shared space, and made these sessions so special. It's been wonderful to slow down together, reconnect, and start the week with intention. 🌬️✨

Every sauna hat tells its own story.

Lovingly handcrafted in Gower by local maker Amy, each of our sauna hats is handmade meaning no two hats are ever the same. Made from 100% cotton, with every piece featuring its own combination of colours and patterns.

Traditionally worn in the sauna to help regulate head temperature and protect your hair from intense heat, sauna hats allow you to stay comfortable and enjoy longer, more relaxing sauna sessions.

Lightweight, breathable and made with care, they're as practical as they are beautiful - bringing together craftsmanship, tradition and a love for slow living.
