Years of natural pigment loss had left my client feeling as though her lips had almost disappeared. With no defined border, even something as simple as applying lipstick had become frustrating, making it difficult to create the shape she once had.

Together, we chose a warm-toned pigment to complement and brighten her complexion. Using my One Pass Lip technique, I was able to restore soft definition, natural colour and beautifully balanced borders—all while creating a result that will heal beautifully and naturally.

🔍 PMU FOR BLONDES 🔍

A super close-up look at the Blonde Ombre from the reel I shared yesterday.

This photo was taken following the perfecting session, where I made a few subtle refinements and added a little extra definition to the lower border.

Natural blondes are often some of my most cautious clients—and understandably so. The biggest fear is that their brows will heal too dark.

That’s why my approach is always less is more. Despite the fact that she healed so amazingly in one session, I carefully build depth and definition over two sessions, allowing the brows to heal softly, naturally, and beautifully in harmony with their colouring.

Something a little different… and I absolutely loved getting creative with these. 😍

My client has Alopecia, so her main goal was to make life easier by removing the daily stress and frustration of drawing on her brows.

During her consultation, we talked at length about creating something completely unique by tattooing her brows in her favourite colours, rather than the natural shades that are traditionally recommended.

As PMU artists, we usually advise staying within naturally occurring brow tones because they heal and age more predictably. But every rule has its exceptions.

My client is already heavily tattooed, understands how tattoos evolve over time, and wanted her brows to be an extension of her personality rather than a conventional cosmetic enhancement. After discussing the pros and cons in detail, we decided to bring her vision to life.

And do you know what?

I absolutely LOVE them. ❤️ They are unapologetically her.

This is only their fresh result, so I’m excited to see how they soften throughout the healing process. I already have ideas for her perfecting session too—I think introducing subtle purple tones through the lower body of the brow, softly diffusing into the pink, will make that ombré blend even more striking.

I can’t wait to share the healed results with you all and continue refining this bespoke concept. Who knows… maybe this will inspire more creative colour brows in the future. 🌈

The 90s stole your brows?… let me give them back.

Years of over-plucking leave behind a very recognisable brow shape.

The brows often start off full at the front before becoming dramatically thinner, pulling the arch too far forward. Instead of lifting the face, the brow loses its natural flow and can appear flat, heavy or unbalanced.

When the brow shape is working against your facial features, it can subtly change your entire expression. It can make you look tired, sad, cross or older than you really are.

This is one of my favourite transformations to perform.

Rebuilding a brow that has been over-plucked for decades isn’t simply about making it thicker. It’s about restoring balance, recreating a flattering arch and designing a shape that complements your unique bone structure and facial proportions.

The process can be technically challenging, but the transformation is always worth it.

Sometimes changing a brow doesn’t just change your face…

Can you tell I really enjoyed my 1st visit to Ireland? What a gorgeous country, with passionate, dedicated artists.

I’ve always been such a homebody, but something resonates with Ireland - I think it’s the Celtic connection 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿. It’s one of the rare few places where I could actually see myself living 😍
