Wow… what an incredible moment.

When I opened Morgan Lloyd Hair back in 2018, I simply wanted to create a salon where people felt welcomed, cared for and left feeling like the very best version of themselves. To now be standing here as Swansea Life Salon of the Year 2026 is something I could only have dreamed of.

To our amazing clients …thank you.
Thank you for choosing us, trusting us, recommending us to your family and friends, voting for us and supporting us year after year. You are the heart of this salon, and this award belongs to every single one of you as much as it does to us.

To my incredible team :
I honestly don’t have the words. Over the last few months, while I’ve been away in flight school , you have looked after Morgan Lloyd Hair with the same love, professionalism and dedication that I would have hoped for. You’ve supported one another, looked after our clients and continued to deliver the exceptional standard that makes this salon so special.

Watching from afar and seeing the salon continue to flourish has made me unbelievably proud, and this award is a reflection of every early morning, late finish, every smile, every colour, every cut and every little act of kindness that happens within these walls every day.

I’m also incredibly grateful to Carly for leading the team and ensuring everything has continued to run so seamlessly.

From the bottom of my heart, thank you to everyone who has been part of this journey. Winning this award for the second time is a milestone we’ll cherish forever, but more than anything, it’s a reminder of the wonderful community we’ve built together.

Morgan Lloyd Hair update.

Firstly, Happy belated New Year to all of our wonderful clients, I hope 2026 has started well for you all.

I wanted to share a little update with regards some imminent changes at the salon.

From 25th February 2026, I will be taking a temporary extended break, initially around six months, with the possibility of extending. Updates will be shared as plans evolve.

While I’m away, the salon will be in safe hands. Carly will be stepping into the role of acting manager, supported by our incredible team, who I couldn’t be more confident in.

I’m really looking forward to coming back, seeing you all again; filling you in on my adventures and catching up on what I’ve missed.

Thank you so much to my amazing staff for the support you’ve shown, and to our wonderful clients. Your loyalty and kindness mean more than you know.
