This week I'm throwing it back to this complete transformation 😍

I always get asked "can I go from black to blonde?" And the answer is almost always yes.. but not straight away! Maria is the perfect example, years of black box colour, but she was also willing to take my advice and looked after her hair in between colours! And boy did we get her blonde! 💗

Fingernails grow an average of 3.5 millimeters per month! And the fingernails on your dominant hand tend to grow faster! 🤯

Fingernails are made out of the same stuff as hair—a hard material called keratin. It’s a protein made of dead cells, which is why cutting your fingernails and hair doesn’t hurt. Bird feathers and horse hooves are also made of keratin! 🤯
