Message to book! 🫶🏻

Over the last 8 weeks I have had a lot of last minute cancellations/no show to appointments.

I have had to reinforce my cancellation fee
24-48 hours before - 50% payment
On the day/no show - 100% payment

People do get sick and have family emergencies I am very accommodating and understanding of this;
But if you know prior that you cannot make your appointment please let me know asap so I can fill the appointment slot.

This is my business and only income for my family and cancelling a large appointment is a big loss for me last minute as well unfair on clients who are waiting for an appointment.
