EndoPulse uses targeted thermal energy to stimulate collagen while helping to reduce stubborn pockets of fat that don’t always respond to diet or exercise.

So, how does it work?

The heat generated by EndoPulse affects the membrane surrounding the fat cell (adipocyte). As the temperature increases, the fat cell loses its structural integrity and breaks down.

The released fatty acids and glycerol are then naturally processed and cleared by your body’s own lymphatic and metabolic systems over the following weeks.

This is why results continue to improve after treatment, with full results typically developing over around 12 weeks.

This client is 26 so this treatment wasn’t about treating jowls or reversing ageing. Instead, we focused on enhancing her natural facial proportions.

Using 2ml of dermal filler, we refined the chin and softened the natural shadowing and indentation between the chin and jawline. This creates a smoother transition, improves definition and gives the lower face a more balanced appearance—without looking overfilled.
