A little reminder from your nail tech 💕

As a small business owner, every appointment slot is incredibly important. When a client doesn't show up for their appointment or cancels at the last minute, it's not just lost income for me – it's also an appointment that another client could have had.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, and I will always do my best to be understanding. However, repeated no-shows and missed appointments have a huge impact on my business and my time.

Going forward, if missed appointments continue to be an issue, I will be introducing a policy requiring payment in full for appointments that are missed without notice.

Thank you to all of my amazing clients who turn up on time, communicate with me, and support my small business every day. Your loyalty and respect mean the world to me ❤️

☀️ Heatwave Warning for My Lovely Ladies! ☀️

With the extremely hot weather we're experiencing, I wanted to give everyone a little heads up about how high temperatures can affect your nail appointments and your nails afterwards.

🌡️ The heat can change how nail products behave – gels, acrylics and adhesives can cure or set differently in very warm conditions, so appointments may take a little longer than usual as I make adjustments to ensure you still get the best results.

💅 After your appointment, please be extra mindful of:
• Avoiding prolonged exposure to direct sunlight immediately after your treatment where possible.
• Keeping hands cool and well moisturised.
• Wearing gloves for cleaning or gardening, as heat and chemicals together can increase the risk of lifting.
• Staying hydrated – healthy nails start with healthy skin!

⏰ Please allow a little extra time for your appointment over the next few days. I'd rather take my time and make sure your nails are perfect than rush the process.
