Lately, I’ve been thinking about how much our definition of confidence changes over time.
Years ago, I thought confidence came from achieving more, knowing more and constantly striving for the next goal.
Today, I see it differently.
Confidence comes from being comfortable with who you are, continuing to learn, looking after yourself, and staying true to what matters most.
It’s the same philosophy I bring into my clinic every day. My goal has never been to change who someone is, but to help them feel like the best version of themselves while still looking completely natural.
Maybe that’s why I love what I do so much. It’s never really been about aesthetics alone. It’s about confidence, wellbeing and helping people feel more like themselves again. And if I can help someone leave my clinic standing a little taller than when they walked in, that’s always been enough for me.
