Happy Sunny Saturday Folks!
Hope you are keeping well. I have just added this gorgeous Summer Sizzler to my repertoire on the booking system. Available this summer in all clinics., a whole hour to switch off for just £40!
This is a lymphatic drainage massage for the face, neck and chest with a few added extras thrown in.
It begins with a light body brushing to get the lymph nodes open, is deeply soothing and so so gentle. I have some ice cold jade rollers which can be used too!
The treatment concludes with a calming hand, arm and scalp massage.
The benefits of this may include reducing facial puffiness and fluid retention, a more radiant complexion can be promoted and general circulation can also be improved. It is also deeply relaxing and restorative for both the body and mind.

The Signature Swedish Massage (definitely the most popular that forms the basis of every massage I do).
This uses a combination of long, flowing strokes, gentle kneading, circular movements and rhythmic tapping techniques.
