✨ Cancellation Policy ✨
To all my lovely clients,
I really appreciate each and everyone one of you but unfortunately, I've had a very stressful couple of months with a large number of last minute cancellations and no shows, which has resulted in a significant loss of income for me. As a small business, I simply can't continue with the loss as this is my only source of income.
From 4th august 2026 the following cancellation policy will apply to ALL:
💗 Please give at least 48 hours' notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.
💗 Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
💗 Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost.
I completely understand that genuine emergencies happen, and these will always be considered.
