⭐️ She is my friend. And I choose my friends wisely. I don’t have enough ‘spare time’ to hang out with just anyone 😂😉 We met 14 years ago at a at toddler class called Drama Babes… through blurry eyes, we both had a toddler and a l baby hanging off our b***s 🙄😭🤣

⭐️ She has been coming to me for 12 years for massage, and her husband too! 🙇🏻‍♀️

⭐️ Kind, gentle, intelligent, funny, motivated, honest, colourful, patient, nurturing, mother to 3 neurodivergent boys… I mean that alone is a super power!

⭐️ A friend/professional I turn to for all things relating to mental health and staying well and grounded in a modern work designed for the neurotypical.

⭐️ Founder of Unmasked and Unmasked Deeper…held in homely safe space in Zen Den. TRUE FACT… one week I was so low and overwhelmed I’d been in bed all day crying and said to Becky - ‘I can’t come this evening’ and she messaged back, that if I could, just come. No need to talk. No need to get out of my PJ’s. Just sit in the shared space with us all. Listen. Be present… so I did. Doodling and fiddling with a fidget toy, sat under a blanket in my PJ’s.

Thank you 🙏🏼 for all you do for children, teens, families and females like me… I’m going to say it… I LOVE YOU 🤟🏻 🫶🏻🥰😘💖

No it’s not a blister… look closer… it’s evidence that even as mumma’s we never quite leave the outside world behind!

I have very few words to say as you lay on my masssge couch…only as we being ill ask you to take a few deep breaths. Before you relax into peace and silence, there is full permission to leave the outside word behind. Just for a for while # # #

Wednesday and Thursdays 4-5:15pm

We will offer things Zen Den… yoga,
Meditation , Breathwork, time in nature, some arts and crafts… nothing is set in stone… each week we agree what we would like to do together depending on how we feel as a group…respect and appreciation for ourselves, friends and group dynamics.
