Iβm going to be honest about my treatments,
Iβve listed all of themβ¦and I am not one bit embarrassed to tell you what and whyβ¦
B*tox⦠because why is ageing gracefully even a thing? I would rather keep those lines at bay!
Fillersβ¦because I wasnβt gifted with volume unfortunately & as Iβve lost weight, Iβm losing even more volume in my face.
Luckily I can inject with a low risk product.
Microblading & Lip Blushβ¦because I am SICK to death of drawing on my lip liner or eyebrows every single day & best believe when I go swimming, no one needs to see the hairless & unshapely lips that are bare to the naked eye!
Skin boosters & Microneedling facialsβ¦because causing minimal trauma will mean that my collagen reproduction is 10 times better, so at 60 Iβll look 40 and thatβs a good enough reason for me! π₯°
All these treatments happen over time, itβs not a one time fix, patience and little but often tweakments are the best!

Thatβs because I am not the same.
That Rosie was putting on a front, I was depressed, I was putting on a show to make people like me, I was people pleasing, I was anxious and suffering from depression. How could anyone else show up for me if I couldnβt show up for myself?
Confused, hurt, lost.
Iβm glad I donβt seem that way anymore, because I was unhappy. Mentally unhealthy, fuelling my body full of alcohol to numb to reality of life.
Instead of battling it face on, closing doors that meant new ones opened, saying no quietly to things that werenβt serving me, letting thingsβ¦just be so I knew exactly what was meant for me.
I am a different version of myself,
Unfortunately that might look different to how some people expect you to be but I couldnβt be her anymore.
Something needed to change before it was too late
