AC Sports Therapy

Thought it was time for a reintroduction and explanation of what has happened over the last year and what is to come as there has been lots of highs but also lots of lows🥲

With gym and rugby being a big part of my life it gave me that interest and passion to study Sports Therapy at university. However, after suffering a knee injury back in August 2025 I was feeling down in the dumps, didn’t want to do anything and took more of an understanding why the mental health of a injury is just as important as the physical side.

Luckily I got to a point where enough was enough and I needed to do something. So, in November 2025 I decided to join the best coaching community ever VenGold and they honestly got me out my gym funk and showed me that having an injury doesn’t mean you miss out.

From all of this I have learnt so much that it has given me the drive to get back on that rugby pitch safely and also go back to university and study my masters degree in sports medicine as I want to educate others on all these important aspects of injury.
