Home care for your feet inbetween pedicures is essential. It’s so important we look after our feet not everyone does and they are forgotten about but our feet show so much about our bodies and carry a lot of weight and stress.

Problematic feet pedicures are recommended every 4 weeks at least
Feet that are in fairly good condition every 6 weeks

People ignore their feet in the winter because they are not on show but actually it’s more important to look after them in the winter so then come the summer they are in great condition and sandal ready.

•Avoid tight-fitting shoes that can damage your nails

•Try to avoid immersing your feet in water for a few hours after getting a pedicure �Wait at least 12 hours before taking a bath or shower this will help the products fully pe*****te the skin

•Change socks regularly, especially if you sweat a lot

•Avoid harsh chemicals

•Drink plenty of water to keep your skin and nails hydrated. This will also flush toxins out which a lot can appear in your feet

•Daily foot hygiene is essential. Wash your feet with mild soap and lukewarm water, ensuring you dry them thoroughly, including the areas between your toes.
This prevents bacterial or fungal growth and maintains the freshness of your pedicure.

•If you have hard or dry/flaky skin you can file the area using a foot file or pumice stone. Gently file the area when it’s dry, 1 or 2 times each week.

•Apply a generous amount of foot cream before bed and wear cotton socks to help the cream absorb
