Hi everyone 💆🏼‍♀️✨

I just wanted to give you all a little update on the Japanese Head Spa.

Realistically, everything has happened so quickly! Between the school holidays, my own holiday, and a fully booked diary, I haven't been able to offer this treatment yet. More importantly, I don't want to offer anything less than the amazing experience I know it can be. I wanted a little more time to practise and perfect every part of the treatment before welcoming you all in.

I can only apologise for the delay, but I promise it will be worth the wait! ❤️

With that in mind, I want to be fully up and running from September, so if you'd like to book a Japanese Head Spa, please send me the dates you'd like from September onwards. I honestly can't tell you how excited I am to finally share this treatment with you all, and thank you so much for your patience while I get everything just right.

Also, with the children heading back to school, I'll be adding Wednesday daytime appointments back into my diary from Wednesday 9th September.

My working hours will be:

💗 Tuesday: 10am–8pm
💗 Wednesday: 10am–2:30pm
💗 Thursday: 10am–8pm

Yes, I offer treatments, but it's so much more than that. I'm an ear to listen, a shoulder to cry on, a safe space, and hopefully someone who helps you leave feeling happier and more confident than when you arrived

Being able to offer treatments I love is a gift. Being able to recommend products I genuinely believe in is another. But having the most amazing, loyal clients? That's the greatest gift of all

My beautiful Japanese Head Spa bed has arrived, which means I can now officially offer these incredible treatments... and doesn't it look absolutely gorgeous? 😍

This has all happened so quickly, so please bear with me while I get everything organised. At the moment, I don't have a huge amount of availability, but from September I'll be working an extra day each week, which means I'll be able to welcome even more of you.

I kept it quiet because I didn't want to say too much in case it didn't work out... but now I can finally say... it's happening! 🎉

Just a little update from me:

• All price changes have now been updated. Appointment confirmation emails will include the cost going forward. I'm just waiting on the final version of my price list before sending these out to you but hopefully they wont be long

• I’m currently having a bit of a nightmare with the company regarding my head spa bed. I’m expecting an update on Monday, and if I don’t receive a definite delivery date, I’ll be arranging a refund and ordering elsewhere. I’m really disappointed as I was hoping to have this up and running by now so I can only apologise for the delay 😞

• After your nail appointment, I’ll send you the exact nail colour used so you have it for future reference if you need it or want that colour again at a later date

• On the day of your skin treatment, I’ll also send you a personalised product cart with everything I’ve used. This is just so you can see what’s been selected for your skin that day and have a little browse if you’d like to continue your results at home

• I always offer hot or cold drinks, but if there’s anything specific you’d prefer, just let me know ☕️ I always have a range of tea, coffee, fizz in different flavours and matcha tea

• Any feedback on treatments or services is always welcome—please feel free to share with me directly!
