Some days are busy some are quiet. Be prepared for anything from meet time till last player has told you they got a knock.

This week! . I’ve completed a new course, watched my partners football match, physio for my football team, gone to my day job, had lots of lovely clients (thank you for your continued support) and sorted out some media for my business. Safe to say this has been a good productive week and I’m ready for Milan.
