My journey began in dance-where I found my love of music, movement and expression. But my dance career took an unexpected turn when I developed scoliosis (a curvature of the spine). It was a challenging time, and I soon realised I needed a change of direction.

I retrained as a therapist, and quickly it became a true passion.

I went onto live & work in Bermuda for many years combining spa therapy & dance fitness-the perfect balance of strength & serenity. I also worked on cruise ships for many years travelling the world.

Those experiences shaped me. They taught me confidence, resilience & the importance of taking care of your body- especially as it changes over-time.

Navigating menopause later in life inspired the creation of Fee’s Skinfood- a natural organic skincare range designed to calm, hydrate & support menopausal skin.

Fee’s Treatment Rooms became my sanctuary for women who want results with relaxation.

Fee’s Dance Fitness keeps the joy and energy alive, & it’s been so lovely to see some of our clients enjoying the dance classes.

At 57, I feel stronger & more aligned than ever.

This isn’t just a business...it’s my life experience poured into a wellbeing brand built to help women feel confident, radiant & powerful at every stage of life!
