A LITTLE UPDATE REGARDING PAYMENTS & CANCELLATIONS 🤍

I just wanted to explain a small change I’m making to my payment policy and, most importantly, why.

For clients who require hair and fitting, I have always taken full payment in advance. This is because the hair is ordered specifically for your appointment, and I can be left out of pocket if an appointment is cancelled at short notice.

For fitting-only and maintenance appointments, where you are providing your own hair or having your existing extensions maintained, I will now be taking a 50% deposit to secure your appointment, with the remaining balance payable on the day.

I completely understand that sometimes things happen and appointments may need to be cancelled or rearranged. However, when this happens at short notice, I lose the appointment time and may not have enough time to offer it to another client. As a small business, this can have a real impact on me.

I hope you can understand that this change isn’t about making things difficult — it’s simply to help protect my time, my business and the costs I have already committed to.

✨ HOW MANY GRAMS OF HAIR DO YOU NEED? ✨

The amount of hair required depends on your natural hair density, length and the result you want to achieve.

🤍 STANDARD FULL HEAD
For fine to medium-density hair, 120g–140g is typically used for a standard full head, providing both length and fullness.

Clients with thicker or more dense natural hair may require additional grams to achieve a seamless, balanced result.

🤍 THICKNESS & VOLUME ONLY
If you are happy with your existing length and are looking to add thickness and volume only, the amount can range from approximately 40g–100g, depending on how much additional fullness you would like.

✨ PREMIUM-QUALITY HAIR
I use top-quality hair that remains thick and full from root to tip, giving a luxurious and natural-looking finish throughout the length.

A consultation is required to assess your natural hair and determine the appropriate amount of hair for your individual requirements and desired result.
