I wanted the learning to begin before we meet in person.
Inside The Wave course, you can take your time with the videos and manual. You can return to a section, watch a movement again, or sit with an idea until it begins to make sense in your own body.
We explore the thinking and care beneath the work: touch, consent, the breath, the nervous system and the shape of the sequence.
The online theory gives us a shared foundation. Then, when we come together for the practical training, there is room to feel it, try it, ask questions and learn through the hands.
This is a little glimpse inside the course that awaits you.

There is something very special about receiving a message like this before we have even stepped into the room together. 🤍
This was sent to me as a voice note by one of the practitioners preparing for the last practical day of The Wave.
I put a great deal of care into the online learning that comes before we meet. I want you to have time to listen, learn, revisit things and begin to absorb the principles behind The Wave at your own pace.
It means that when we come together for the practical day, we can spend our time experiencing the work. Practising, asking questions, noticing, refining and learning through the body rather than trying to take in lots of new information all at once.
So hearing that the pre-learning already felt comprehensive and valuable before the practical day had even begun meant a great deal to me.
And I particularly loved hearing, “It’s the best training I’ve done in a long while.” Thank you. 🌿
The next practical training for The Wave is on 29th November in Richmond, Surrey, and there are now just 2 places remaining.
You don’t have to wait until November to begin. As soon as you book, I can give you access to the online learning, giving you plenty of time to listen, learn and absorb the teachings before we meet for our full day of practice together.
✨ The Wave
Somatic breathwork training for breathwork practitioners, therapists and bodyworkers.
If you feel drawn to join me, I’d love to welcome you.
There is something very simple about breathing together.
I rest one hand gently on the belly and invite my client to take five slow, clearing breaths with me.
I am not asking anything of their body. I am simply meeting them there.
As we breathe together, I am listening. To the movement beneath my hand. To the rhythm of their breath. To the subtle changes that begin to happen when we give the body a little time and attention.
For me, this is where the relationship begins.
Before we move into the breathwork, there is this quiet moment of arriving together.
It is such a small part of The Wave, but an important one. We are not rushing towards the work. This is the work.

✨ Only 2 places left for The Wave in November.
If you have been thinking about joining me, there is still plenty of time to begin.
As soon as you book your place, you can have access to the online learning and start making your way through it in your own time.
There is no need to rush. You can listen, learn, revisit and allow the teachings of The Wave to settle before we meet in Richmond.
Then, on 29th November, we come together for a full day of hands-on practice.
This is where we take what you have been learning and bring it into the body. You will have time to practise the sequence, experience it for yourself, ask questions and develop your confidence with my support throughout the day.
I keep these trainings intentionally small so that there is time and space for everyone.
There are now just 3 places remaining for November.

When you watch The Wave, it can look very simple.
A hand resting on the body. A gentle rocking movement. A pause that lasts a little longer than you might expect.
But there is a great deal of listening happening in those moments.
I am noticing the breath beneath my hand. Feeling where the body is holding. Paying attention to whether my pace feels welcome, and whether something begins to change.
I don't need to make the body do anything. I want to give it enough time to tell me what it needs.
That quiet conversation is at the heart of The Wave.

Is The Wave for you?
I developed this training for established practitioners who already hold space for others and want to deepen the way they prepare a client for the work that follows.
It may be particularly relevant if you are a:
✨Breathwork facilitator
✨ Bodywork or massage therapist
✨ Somatic practitioner
✨ Yoga teacher
✨ Practitioner working with embodied or nervous-system-aware approaches
You do not need to arrive already knowing the sequence. That is what the online learning and practical training are for.
You do need an appropriate existing professional practice, a respect for consent and boundaries, and a willingness to slow down and listen to the body.
The Wave is not simply another technique to perform. It is a way of meeting the person in front of you before asking their body to go deeper.
The next practical training takes place on 29 November 2026.
Message me if you would like to explore whether it is right for your practice ✨

If you already work closely with people’s bodies, you may know this moment.
A client comes to you for breathwork, bodywork or movement. You have a beautiful practice to offer them, but you can feel that they need a little time before they are ready to receive it.
The Wave grew from that moment 🌊
I created the training for practitioners who want to bring more care and attention to the beginning of their sessions. Breathworkers, therapists, bodyworkers and teachers who are curious about what becomes possible when we slow down and meet the body first.
If you recognise that moment in your own work, I would love to share The Wave with you.

✨Before I place my hands on someone, I take a moment to arrive in my own body.
I feel my feet on the floor. I soften my shoulders.
I take a few slow breaths and notice how I am feeling.
It is a small pause, but it changes the way I meet the person in front of me.
I can listen more closely and let the work begin at a pace that feels right for them.
This is one of the first things I share when I teach The Wave. Before we invite someone else to settle, we begin with ourselves.

When someone comes to a breathwork session, they bring their whole day with them.
They may have rushed to get there. Their thoughts may still be busy, even as they lie down and close their eyes.
I’ve learned how much it matters to give the body a little time before asking it to enter the breath.
The Wave is the gentle touch sequence I’ve developed for that beginning.
Through alignment, rhythmic rocking and quiet pauses, we listen for how the person is arriving and let the pace of the work meet them there. I love sharing this with other practitioners. There is something so special about learning it together in a small room, feeling the sequence in your own body and practising with the support of others.
I’ll be teaching The Wave in Richmond on Sunday 29 November, with just six places available. The online theory is completed beforehand, followed by our practical training day together.
If you’re a practising breathworker or bodywork therapist and feel drawn to this work, you’re welcome to message me. I’d be happy to tell you more. 🌿

🌿 The Wave is a certified somatic touch sequence created for breathworkers, Reiki practitioners and bodywork therapists who feel called to bring a deeper sense of connection and preparation into their existing work.
It was born not from theory alone, but through many years of placing my hands on bodies, listening closely and learning through felt experience what the nervous system may need before it is ready to soften and go deeper.
Through alignment, rhythmic rocking, considered touch and steady practitioner presence, The Wave gently supports the body to settle before the breath begins - creating a more receptive space for whatever follows.
I am a somatic bodywork therapist, breathwork facilitator and yoga teacher based in Wales, and I am insured by Balens UK to teach this methodology.
The first certified training day, held in London in collaboration with Alan Dolan of Breathguru®, sold out. Since then, practitioners working across breathwork, shiatsu, clinical massage, psychology and EMDR trauma therapy have trained in The Wave and begun weaving it into their own professional practice.
I’m now bringing this intimate training day to in Richmond. 🌿
🌿 Sunday 29 November, 9.30am–6pm
🌿 50 Hill Rise, Richmond
🌿 A small group of no more than six practitioners
🌿 £550 per person
The training includes the online theory course to be completed before the practical training, a full day of practical teaching and hands-on support, practitioner certification and ongoing support as you begin bringing The Wave into your own work.
If you feel drawn to The Wave, I would love to welcome you.
Please send me a message or email [email protected] to reserve your place.
