The Zen Den

📣Price increase

To all of my awesome clients,
I have held off doing this as long as possible (2yrs) but like everything else the cost of running a business and the cost of actually living nowadays my prices will be increasing on the 1st of October.

This won’t affect treatments that have already been paid for.
Thank you in advance for your understanding and I truly appreciate your loyalty

Thanks again
Tracey

Another year massaging at Run Balmoral with Micaiah Jakeman Sports & Injury Clinic, as always a fantastic day massaging runners pre and post event. Great to see familiar faces and meeting new people. The weather is always a hit or a miss but this year was a new one with snow on the back of storm Dave, but at least the sun was out ☀️😎 and in the words of Billy Connelly “There's no such thing as bad weather, only the wrong clothes!”
Kudos to the runners who braved the elements! And huge thanks to Micaiah who makes it possible each year 🫶🏼🏃‍♀️🥇😁🏰

Just want to wish all my customers a Happy New Year 🥳🥂 And at the same time an update about the weather…anyone who is struggling to make it in for their appointment this week due to the snow I’m happy for you to reshedule, you can do this online but if your struggling I can do it for you, there’s no sense in risking coming to your appointment if you don’t feel safe, drop me a message and let me know, those of you that can make it, I’d suggest you wear your snow boots as the lanes and streets of Turriff is deep with snow and as much as I’ve tried to clear a path there’s only so much you can do 👍🏼☃️❄️🌨️

I Just want to wish all my customers a Very Merry Christmas 🥳 thank you for your continual support over the years and I look forward to seeing you all soon. Wishing you all good health and happiness 🥂🎄🎅🏻🎁☃️

Anyone coming to The Zen Den today please be careful as the lanes and pavements in Turriff are solid ice 🥶❄️🧊

That time of year again folks 🎄🎅🏻 new Batch of vouchers now available from The Zen Den, starting from £20
