I will never ask a new client where they usually get their hair done.

So many people already feel nervous walking into a new salon. Asking where they used to go can feel awkward, uncomfortable, or like they’re being judged and I never want someone sitting in my chair feeling like they have to explain themselves.

People change hairdressers for all sorts of reasons. They moved house. Their stylist left. Prices changed. Life changed. Sometimes they just fancy a change.

At the end of the day, I’m only interested in one thing: making you feel comfortable and giving you hair you love ❤️
