I’ve been far too nice for too long, but I need to set some boundaries for my business.

From now on, I will no longer be ordering hair extensions for anyone who isn’t having them fitted by me, or allowing my trade account to be used for personal purchases. My trade account is for my clients only.

I also won’t be giving advice on other people’s hair extension fittings, helping fix issues from someone else’s work, or spending time giving general extension advice to people who have no intention of booking with me.

As much as I love helping, my time, knowledge and trade account are all part of my business. I need to prioritise the clients who choose to support me.
