Bit of a long post but I want to be honest.
We just wanted to sincerely apologise to anyone whose appointment has had to be cancelled over the last few days.
Unfortunately, due to unexpected staff sickness while I’m away, we have been left extremely short staffed. Karen and Lauren have been working so hard an so sorry for anyone the y can not accommodate We know how disappointing and frustrating it is to have your appointment changed, and we’re truly sorry for the inconvenience this has caused.
As soon as I’m back in the salon, I will be working as hard as I can to accommodate everyone who has been affected as quickly as possible.
