It’s usually build-up ‼️

Flakes don’t always mean dryness, and itchy doesn’t always mean dehydrated.

Sometimes your scalp just isn’t being properly cleansed.

And adding oil on top is just making the problem worse, not better 🫣

Your scalp is skin. It doesn’t need coating, it needs cleansing.

Try this first:
- Shampoo twice (sometimes three times)
- Focus on your scalp, not just your hair
- Stay consistent with your wash routine

Then see how your scalp responds 👀
