After a thorough consultation going through all necessary questions and answers the chop was approved, the length gone, soft layers added and a graduated bob was delivered delivered.

Sometimes it isn't about saying "YES" for the sake of it. I take a lot of consideration when a major change is due, whether thats with a colour or a cut. Its good to talk through the pros and cons of the change and see which one out ways the other.
