When parents trust me with their children, it’s never just about teaching boxing. It’s about building confidence, helping them believe in themselves, trying new things and achieving things they never thought they could.

Reading messages like this honestly makes me so proud. Seeing a child go from being too anxious to leave the house to attending sessions twice a week, making healthier choices and even being confident enough to stay without a parent… that’s a massive achievement.

‼️Kids classes! please remember to book these classes before 6pm the day before the sessions…We will have a reduced timetable throughout the summer and will have to strictly enforce this rule so coaches can plan their timetable! Bookings on the day won’t count, thank you in advance! X
