✨ Yesterday we played a little guessing game... and many of you guessed correctly! 👣
The answer was: a plantar verruca.
Now it's time to share the full story behind these photos. 💚
We started treating this plantar verruca in May, and these are the results after just 3 treatments! 👏
Why only 3 treatments?
Because successful verruca treatment is a partnership. This patient attended every appointment, followed all of my advice, took the recommended vitamins, and used the home care products exactly as instructed.
Consistency makes all the difference, and the results speak for themselves. 🙌
The black colour seen after treatment is completely normal. It is caused by thrombosed blood vessels (tiny capillaries) and dead verruca tissue, showing that the treated tissue is breaking down. This verruca was treated using electrocoagulation, and as healing continues, the dead tissue gradually separates while healthy skin regenerates underneath.
I'm so proud of this progress and so grateful to have patients who trust the process. Seeing happy patients and healthy feet is the most rewarding part of my job. 💚
