October is just around the corner, so we
thought we’d bring you a little VB Lounge news update with everything happening in the salon, plus a few things to start planning ahead for over the coming months. 🥰

🇦🇺 WE’RE SAYING GOODBYE TO OUR ZOE

This week we sadly say goodbye to our beautiful therapist Zoe, as she heads off on her next adventure to Australia! 🇦🇺✈️

Zoe’s last day in the salon will be Wednesday 30th September.

Zoe has been such a huge part of the VB Lounge team and we really will miss having her working alongside us in the salon. ❤️ We know our lovely clients are going to miss her just as much!

We promise to keep in touch and keep everyone updated with how life is going in Oz! 🇦🇺🥰

Zoe & Shaun, we wish you both all the happiness in the world on your new adventure. Go make some amazing memories! 😘

❤️‍🩹 CLARE’S CLIENT UPDATE

Our lovely therapist Clare is still off work after breaking her ankle at the end of August.

Clare is now in a cast and is one step closer to beginning the next stage of her recovery. ❤️‍🩹

We’re sending Clare lots of love and wishing her a full and safe recovery — we can’t wait to have you back! 🥰

In the meantime, we are currently working through Clare’s October appointments and looking at moving appointments across to other therapists where possible or rescheduling where needed.

We will then look at November once Clare has a clearer idea of her recovery and when she may be able to return.

Please bear with us while we work through everything. We will be in touch with clients individually to explain if your appointment has been moved to another therapist or if we need to reschedule you.

🍁 AUTUMN/WINTER OFFERS 🍁

With the team being a little smaller over the next few months, we’ve decided to combine our Autumn & Winter offers this year.

Our offers will run from 1st October right through to the end of February, giving you longer to take advantage of them and hopefully making sure nobody misses out! 🥰

🎄 CHRISTMAS AT VB LOUNGE 🎄

We know it might seem far too early to mention Christmas… but we’re already starting to plan! 🤩🎅🏼

As many of you know, the salon went through some changes last year, including all of our therapists becoming self-employed. This means individual therapist working hours can vary slightly from the salon’s general opening hours.

Over the Christmas period, we have extended the salon opening hours to help accommodate as many of our lovely clients as possible. ❤️

Please keep an eye out for your therapist’s individual festive working hours, including their availability between Christmas and New Year.

🎄 We strongly recommend pre-booking any important Christmas appointments to avoid disappointment, as appointments are always in high demand at this time of year.

📢 A LITTLE CHANGE THIS CHRISTMAS

We also wanted to let you know that, as a team, we have decided not to continue with our Black Friday offers or our 12 Days of Christmas advent offers this year.

We’re sorry if this causes any disappointment, and we hope you understand that due to the admin involved, this is something we’re no longer able to accommodate at the salon.

We really do appreciate every single one of you who continues to support VB Lounge — it genuinely means so much to us. ❤️

Unfortunately, over the weekend our lovely therapist Clare has broken her ankle and is going to be out of action for the time being. 🥺🩷

We will be contacting all of Clare’s clients who are booked in over the next few weeks to either reschedule your appointment or, where possible, move your appointment across to another member of the team.

We’re so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Please know that we will do everything we can to accommodate your appointments and get everyone booked in as smoothly as possible. 💕

as myself and the team will be working longer hours to help cover Clare’s appointments, so our replies may take a little longer than usual.

As many of you may already know, our lovely therapist Zoe will be moving to Australia 🇦🇺✈️🌴

Zoe’s last month at VB Lounge will be September before she sets sail for a brand-new adventure Down Under! 🥹

Zoe has shared her September availability for any clients who would like to book in for their last appointment with her, have a proper goodbye and wish her well before she goes. 💕 We know it’s going to be VERY emotional! 😭

Zoe has been such a huge part of the VB Lounge family, and I’m sure you will all agree that she is going to be missed SO much! 🥺❤️
