We’re going to Freedom to Flourish! 🤍

On Sunday 18th October, I’ll be at Freedom to Flourish Stratford 2026, a celebration of World Menopause Day at the Crowne Plaza Stratford Upon Avon

I’ll be there with Christine from Mind Body Sole. We’ll be offering relaxing hand massages, chatting all things women’s wellness and telling you a little more about our new women’s wellness space in Wellesbourne.

It feels like such a lovely event for us to be part of and I’m really looking forward to meeting lots of women on the day.

The Esther Project provides gender-specific, trauma-informed support for women experiencing domestic abuse, exploitation and other forms of adversity – providing a safe and supportive environment where women can access practical support, counselling, wellbeing programmes and opportunities to rebuild their confidence and independence.

It’s an incredible cause and one we’re very proud to be supporting at our launch.

I’m so excited to introduce another wonderful therapist who’ll be joining us at A Blissful Balance from 5th September. 🤍

Please give a warm welcome to Christine if Mind Body Sole who has been a therapist since 1988 and specialises in massage, reflexology and Reiki.

With decades of experience, a genuine passion for helping others and a wonderfully nurturing approach, Christine often combines massage, reflexology and Reiki to create treatments that are deeply restorative and tailored to each individual.

At the heart of everything Christine does is empathy and genuine care, and I’m absolutely delighted she’ll be part of the A Blissful Balance community.

Christine will initially be available on Saturdays from 10am–3pm, with plans to expand her clinic days and hours as her client base grows.

I know you’re going to love the warmth, knowledge and care she brings to every treatment, and I can’t wait for you all to meet her and give her the warm welcome she deserves. 🤍
