Sunday Sound & Stillness will be a space to slow down, settle the nervous system and prepare yourself for the week ahead, with the gentle sound of the singing bowl, stillness and grounding.

Monday Reset will bring a different energy — affirmations, intention, abundance and positive energy to help you reset, refocus and step into the week with purpose.

These will be short moments out of your week simply to reconnect with yourself.
