This lovely client wanted a very subtle plump to balance her thin top lip with her bottom — so we used just 0.5ml across both lips to create soft, natural harmony. It was her first time having filler and she was worried about looking “done,” so I reassured her that filler is completely buildable. We start small, and if she ever wants a little more, we can top it up in future sessions.
