Can we normalise talking about our bodies with facts instead of myths?

One thing I've learned over the years is that no two v***as are the same. Some women have an "innie", some have an "outie", and every shape, size and appearance is completely normal.

The way a woman's v***a looks has absolutely nothing to do with how many sexual partners she's had. That's an old myth that really needs to disappear. Just like breasts, noses, ears and every other part of our bodies, we're all made differently.

I'll be honest—I have an innie, and I didn't even realise outies were a thing until I was older and women started talking about them. That just shows how little many of us are taught about what's actually normal.

After years of providing intimate treatments, I've seen enough to confidently say there is a huge range of what is healthy and completely normal. There isn't a "perfect" v***a, despite what social media or po*******hy might have people believe.

This post isn't aimed at men—it's aimed at everyone. Women can be just as guilty of body shaming as men. We should be lifting each other up, not making someone feel embarrassed about something they were born with.
