I had 3 cancellations today and it’s unfair. I’m loosing money plus I have clients who couldn’t get appointments this weekend because I was fully booked . ‼️Please Watch 💅🏼‼️ This is sooo important to note, if you are constantly taking your hands OUT and putting them BACK in during the curing process - they won’t cure & you are putting your nail health at risk 🏥 It is our job as nail techs to ensure we are providing a good quality manicure without compromising the health or condition of your nails. As many of you know, in recent years techs have become more vocal about prioritising nail health, educating clients about ways to look after their natural nails as well as removing the risk of allergies. It’s super important as technicians we are adhering to the guidance that Brands provide about using their products, translating this into practice ensuring our clients are following suit too. You can clearly see in the video that removing your hand (the foil) from the lamp multiple times during the full 99s cure results in an insufficient cure, leaving WET product to remain on the natural nail. Not only does this mean the product may not perform as well in terms of durability, but may compromise your future nail health. The majority of clients are great at listening to their techs and helping them create the best manicure possible by keeping their hands in the lamp (and we are so grateful for this🥰).
