The reason we’re doing this ✨

We recognise the many benefits sauna can have for your health and wellbeing, from supporting heart health and circulation to helping reduce stress, improve sleep and aid recovery. We wanted to create a space where more people can experience these benefits and make sauna and cold therapy part of their wellness routine.

HERE SHE IS!!! 🤍✨

The moment has finally arrived… our sauna is built, and she is absolutely beautiful.

Nestled amongst nature, she already looks completely at home. 🌿

The fire is crackling, she’s had her very first burn, and suddenly this dream is starting to feel very real.

This is such a huge milestone for us, and while we’re not quite ready to open the doors just yet, we’re getting so close.

Next up is adding the ice plunges, finishing the decking, installing the outdoor shower and creating our changing space. Just the final touches to bring the whole experience together before we welcome you & we can’t wait.🔥❄️🌳

A few progress pics over the last 6 months. It’s been steady progress but we’re seeing some real changes now.. we are ready for the sauna to arrive in 6 days!!!!🤩🤩🤩

Build a shower
Create some changing rooms/locker area
