I’ve been a little quiet … and I owe you an explanation.

Truthfully, the last few months have felt nothing short of heavy.
Personal life. Burnout. Overwhelm. Self-doubt.

Instead of forcing content or showing up half-heartedly, I chose to step back — to pause, recalibrate, and realign.

I’ve spent this time refocusing my vision, doing the inner work, and getting clear on how I want this next chapter to look. I move with intention, so posting just to prove I was “active” was never an option. When I show up, it has to be purposeful.

I’m stepping back into this space grounded, aligned, and ready.
