Dale came in with limited movement when putting his right arm behind his back. Main issues here were the lateral muscle , bicep, rotator cuff and chest. He was also suffering with pain when lifting his arm. Both were fixed in 1 hour.

Client unable to lift arms fully above the head. Couple of reasons, tight lateral muscles , tight deltoids and tight traps contribute to this. Full range of motion restored.

Shoulder restriction and pain for this one. The lateral muscle and traps were the main issue here . After one hour of treatment , full mobility restored and pain 90% better.

Client came in saying her left leg was hurting . That’s because the right leg was tight and then making the left leg over compensate. So as the right leg was worked on the glutes were back in line . We then finished off with the left side.

Have one shoulder that looks lower than the other ? Then you’ll be surprised it’s not shoulder problem it’s actually leg and hip issue. One side of the body becomes too tight and it will pull you across.
