Good evening...I have messaged all clients booked in this week,but wanted to let others know, on Friday,I took a horrendous fall in devon. Today I have been to a and e and amazingly nothing broken, massive ligament damage in my foot/ankle.
I will be taking this week off to rest.
Apart from feeling silly...stupid and incredibly old! I'm ok...pic in comments..

4 months of tendonitis!!sooo pain full...I am working on limited hours,so to help rest the left hand(pretty impossible really...physio appointment week Mon,hope they can jab some life without pain!
Anyway...ATM please book in at least 2 weeks in advance,so I've got the means to juggle things.x
