I close for annual leave on Saturday 5th September and reopen on Thursday 17th September so please get appointments scheduled to avoid disappointment!

Polite reminder…

With recent last minute cancellations I’d like to remind everyone of my cancellation policy

I kindly ask if you no longer need your appointment please provide no less than 48 hours notice for all colour services and no less than 24 hours for other services.
If the appropriate notice isn’t provided then there will be a fee of 100% of your service cost.

I do my best to accommodate you, but sadly due to the number of missed appointments i have no alternative than to charge a cancellation fee.
All services must be paid in full at the time of your appointment!

As a small business these missed appointments make a big difference to my survival.

Changes to hours!

I have decided to make some slight changes to hours of opening so that I can spend some time with my husband as our days off don’t align!

Thursdays will be 9-4pm.
Where needed I will attempt to work 9-6pm on Fridays but this isn’t guaranteed!

This will take place with immediate effect but don’t worry, any scheduled appointments will be honoured.
