August is always a quieter month for me, work wise. This year, I have taken the opportunity to spend some time giving my website a much-needed refresh. It's been a bit of a challenge, as I work better with bodies than a laptop and a screen, but I'm pleased with the results.

Hello all and happy Friday!

It's been a really long time since my last post (an embarrassingly long time, actually) but I have been super busy. Which is great! However, now that the schools have broken up, things are starting to look a bit quieter.

If you have been wanting to book in for a bit of restorative relaxation through massage, perhaps a bit of balance through acupuncture, or maybe combining the 2, I have the following availability over the next couple of weeks:

A small change to my treatment offerings - something good becoming even better!

I wanted to share a small update to one of my treatments…

Many of you know (and love!) the combination of NADA auricular acupuncture and back massage. It’s been a really powerful treatment, especially for relaxation and supporting the nervous system.

However, I’ve been reflecting on how I can make sessions even more effective—and more tailored to each of you.

So, I’m evolving this into a Massage and Acupuncture treatment.

This means your session is no longer limited to a set protocol. Instead, I can fully personalise both the massage and acupuncture to what you need on the day—whether that’s easing tension, reducing stress, improving sleep, or helping you feel more balanced overall.

There are now two options:
• 60 minutes – a focused back massage and acupuncture for £65
• 90 minutes – a full body massage followed by acupuncture for a deeper experience for £85

This is ideal if you:
✨ hold stress or tension in your body
✨ struggle to fully switch off
✨ want to feel better before things become a problem
✨ value regular self-care as part of staying well

For many people, this works best as a monthly treatment—helping you stay balanced, rather than just fixing things when they go wrong.

Good morning everyone!

I am going to be running a Tropic charity draw this Advent, and I am really excited to tell you about it!

There are 24 tickets available for £20, and each ticket is guaranteed a prize worth more than that. I will draw a name each day in December until Christmas Day until each entrant has a prize!

Once all the tickets are sold, we will be able to donate £120 to the Wetherby and District foodbank, who provide Christmas hampers for families who will struggle with a Christmas dinner this year.

I am not taking any commission/profit from these sales, it's all for charity.
