Sometimes it’s hard to know what your life purpose is.
I’ve always known, deep down, that mine is to help people, but teaching and sharing the gift of Reiki, the first time in May, and again just yesterday, has brought that realisation into even sharper focus.

To share something that can be a light.
To offer a source of hope.
To witness someone discovering something within themselves that perhaps they didn’t know was there, it moves me more than anything else in my professional life.

There is something incredibly special about watching my students experience Reiki for themselves. Seeing that moment of recognition in their eyes, when something shifts, when they feel it, it literally moves me to tears.

I’ve been so touched by the interest I’ve received in Reiki training. Thank you. 🤍

For me, Reiki training is deeply personal and sacred, which is why I keep my trainings small and intimate. I want to be able to truly concentrate on you and your learning without the distraction of a large group.
Yesterday was one of those days that reminded me just how blessed I am to do what I do.
What a joy.

When you leave my treatment room, you don’t simply disappear from my thoughts.

I find myself wondering if the Reiki helped you feel a little lighter, if the massage eased some of the tension you’ve been carrying, or if you simply felt a little more like yourself when you walked back out into the world.

Over the years, I’ve been privileged to be welcomed into so many parts of your lives.

I’ve shared in the excitement of weddings, the joy of new babies, the heartbreak of grief, the uncertainty of change, and all the quiet and ordinary moments in between.

I think about your journeys long after our appointments are over.
I wonder how you’re doing and I hope things are getting easier. I celebrate your little victories from afar, and I hold a quiet space in my heart for the times when life is heavy.
I feel blessed that you trust me enough to share these pieces of your life with me, to allow me to be there, even for a small part of your journey, is something I never take for granted.

Because you’re not just a client.
Thank you for trusting me, for opening up, and for allowing me to care for you in the way that I do.
It means more than you probably realise. ✨

I have been a bit poorly with a blocked eustachian tube. 😖🎉 but you guys bring me so much joy and I am feeling a little bit more grounded today.

A recent client said, coming to The Zen Lotus is like getting a big hug 🥰🥰🥰❤️🙏 comments like this make my day, for you to feel safe and welcome here is so important to me.

It was Lion's Gate yesterday, it is a powerful spiritual portal believed to bring transformation, growth and new beginnings, so it's peak was yesterday, August 8th.

You can still reap the benefits of this heightened time until August 12th.
What helps? By being grateful, writing a letter from your future self about what you hope to manifest, written in a way like it has already happened and then open this letter on 08/08/2027 to see what has all come true. ✨️🥰❤️

Also it is a time to slow down and let go of the things that are holding you back.
I realised the other day, the thing holding me back the most is me 😂 I get in my own way a lot!

I have completed 2 new courses, a third on the way. All body focused.
I then hope to complete another 2 more spirtual/psychological led courses next month. ❤️❤️

Once passed and I have eager people to be my case studies - I hope to offer these new treatments by the end of the year.
