Get waxed & relaxed

Don't get wrong I love a spa I actually go quite often to have some time out in a tranquil location it's refreshing good for the mind body and soul ....

However how many times have you been disappointed going to a spa after a treatment? I have had so many bad treatments and I have had only a couple of really good ones

Having a really good treatment is like having a great relationship things get better with time ..when your therapist knows you ... they get to know what you like what you don't like where to avoid and where to spend longer 😉

No treatment is a one size fits all

So I will continue to go to spas but I won't have any treatments.. I recently went to one where a 25 minute massage was £70 WTF ???? You are barely switching off by then

I wish I captured the sounds from this one ..they were Amazing!! This client had been very stressed with work leading up to her appointment we had already done a relaxing massage at home a few days before then she came in for her Lymphatic drainage and a lifting facial and she totally switched off ..allowing her parasympathetic nervous system to start to relax and work as it should .,get the digestive system moving and allowing all the main functions of our bodies to start working in a more regulated state .. when we are stressed it affects everything down to bowel and urine habits heart and breathing... so we worked with lots of deep breath work to stimulate the flow even more 🧡
