❤️ A LITTLE CHANGE TO OUR BOOKING POLICY ❤️
As a small business, every appointment matters.
When a client cancels at the last minute or doesn’t show up, that appointment time is very difficult to fill — meaning valuable time is lost that could have been offered to someone else.
So, to protect Zapped and keep things fair for everyone, I’ve put a simple Booking & Cancellation Policy in place.
📌 All appointments require a deposit.
⏰ Less than 24 hours’ notice or a no-show = 50% of the appointment fee, or you may not be eligible to rebook.
I completely understand that life happens and genuine emergencies can occur. Just get in touch as soon as possible and I’ll always try to be reasonable where I can. ❤️
This isn’t about being difficult — it’s about protecting my time, my business and the clients who genuinely want an appointment.
