August is an extremely busy time of year for our minds, especially for us parents.
We have to juggle so much and we tend to allow ourselves to get stressed and overwhelmed by the kids being off, still needing to work, holidays, housework, uniform shopping - the list goes on and we try to split ourselves into several pieces to beable to accomplish these 'tasks'- that are just a part life!

I'm here to help you fill up your own cup and be present in the moment.

Selfish?? Absolutely not - we cannot pour from empty!
During the full moon energy this month it's a great time to plant a seed for yourself to help you grow - even if it's just in one small aspect of your life - making that 1 small commitment to yourself can be a game-changer!
This year I've done it with cold plunge & sauna days and I'm so proud of myself for going to these, my next one is tomorrow all on my own!

My thoughts recently - why buy when you can make?
Main reason is that no-one has time to even think about doing stuff like this, we're all so busy physically, working, then mentally drained, stressed & tired after work!
Make the time, learn, do s**t -
I promise it makes u feel good and if anyone's interested in making their own detergent I might create a little workshop and teach it..after all if you can save some money you won't have to work as much which will free up mental space!
